Bar Colette is looking for a part-time Cocktail Server to join our team.

Nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award "Best New Bar" Quietly dazzling cocktails from acclaimed Bar Director Ruben Rolen. Playful modern sushi from Executive Chef - Partner of Namo Kazuhito "Kaz" Mabuchi. All in an intimate, elegant, inviting setting.

Shifts available: Fridays and Saturdays 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide accurate service to our guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space for all guests and staff.
• Take and serve food and drink orders.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and crouch for the entirety of your shift
• Ocassionally lifting and/or moving items up to 25 lbs.     

Compensation:

• Estimated $225 - $275 a shift
