The Bread Club, Artisan Bakery and Viennoiserie in Uptown, Dallas is set to open later this holiday sesaon.

Head Baker, Peter Edris is accepting applications for entry level apprentice bread/viennoiserie bakers.

This an excellent opportunity for individuals wanting to learn and start succesful careers in Artisan Baking in a structured professional environment. 

This is a full time paid hourly position with advancement opportunities to idividuals that progrees and excel. 

To quality:

Must be passionate, punctual and hardworking.

Must be willing to work early morining hours. 

Must be legal to work in the United States.

Kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
